Hire Period: The hire period begins when equipment is delivered or collected and ends when it is returned to NCG Plant Hire.
Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the equipment during the hire period, including proper use, maintenance, and security.
Return: Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, excluding normal wear and tear.
Rates: Hire rates are provided in our quotes and may vary depending on equipment type and hire duration.
Invoices: Payment terms are outlined in our invoices. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Deposits: A security deposit may be required before hiring equipment, refundable upon satisfactory return.
Proper Use: Equipment must be used in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and safety regulations.
Prohibited Use: Do not use equipment for unlawful purposes or in hazardous environments without proper precautions.
Damage or Loss: Customers are liable for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the hire period.
Delivery: We offer delivery services, subject to availability and additional charges.
Collection: Equipment must be available for collection at the agreed location and time.
Delays: Any delays in returning equipment may result in additional hire charges.
Limitation of Liability: NCG Plant Hire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our equipment.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NCG Plant Hire from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from your use of our equipment or services.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made within a specified time frame (as outlined in your hire agreement) to avoid cancellation fees.
Refunds: Refunds are processed based on the terms agreed upon in the hire contract.
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of NCG Plant Hire and protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
